Well, if you haven't given up on us, here are some updates. We are making headway. The foundation is in. The lot around the house is graded (more pictures to come). The waterline is in. It's been a roller coaster ride for sure. This part is so much about timing, and we are a little off, but not doing too badly as newbies. We have more footings to put in starting tomorrow. The County is requiring two ribbon footings be added - not what we expected, but what can you do? If we don't do it, the project comes to a screaching halt. They will frame them up tomorrow and pour on Friday. Hopefully by Friday Marsha and Rod can get the lumber drop and get started framing. It should take a month. More to come...
