Well, the day has finally arrived, and neither Steven nor I can be there. Lo and Anthony, Lo's boyfriend, drove me out there a little while ago. M.O.C. Excavating was moving some trees they had cut down earlier this a.m., but no hole yet. We might be able to go back later. Steven had to go to Orcas Island this morning at 4 a.m. to reset someone's router. He missed the 11 a.m. ferry back. He's probably hopping the 12:40 as I play hunt and peck with my one good arm. He should arrive back on the south end by 3:00 this afternoon. Tomorrow, he's off to southern Oregon to set up a wireless network in a B&B that one of his Coupeville clients (who recently won 7 million) just bought. Perfect timing!
News Flash... He's on his way back to Whidbey! Yeah! We're going back out to see if there's a hole yet. Be back soon with pictures. In the meantime, here's pictures of the big rig moving around the felled trees.
Wait for it...

You know it's real once the honey bucket arrives...
