Well, we didn't get very many days in this week. However, we did accomplish more than I thought we would. The 110v wiring is almost complete. We should be able to finish by next weekend. Then comes the low voltage wiring. We got all the door handles on and the fire door is in. We are still waiting for two deadbolts to arrive. Pictures to follow (see a pattern?).
Saturday we put a couple of hours in early and had to jet over to Lynnwood for a wedding. Steven's Dad got married to Nita, the lady he's been living with for nine years. It was a lovely, intimate service before a Judge, who, by the way, was excellent.
We got over to Best Buy and picked up our washer and dryer that we bought on Black Friday (the day after Thanksgiving). They were glad to see them go. They are now sitting in the middle of the house. We'll be pushing them around for awhile now. Steven already moved the washer to wire the diningroom outlets.
Tonight we'll have a door frame to build in front of the laundry room. Hopefully we'll get the laundry room wired as well. It just depends on when Steven gets out of work as to how long we have to get stuff done. Last week his work kept him away from the house way too much! I'm starting to get real nervous about what little time we have left to get everything done. This is an extremely daunting task. We're both exhausted and we've only just begun...
